Only what you send when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the contact form on this site: your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about your project. The form stores nothing on our server; it turns your entries into a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.
Price assistant: if you open it, the conversation is held in memory for the length of that conversation and is not written to disk. We keep nothing from it unless you ask us to. If you ask for the offer by email, we keep the address you give and the offer itself so that we can send it and answer questions about it later. The price assistant produces its replies with a language model: the message you write is passed to the provider OpenAI so that a reply can be prepared. That means a transfer abroad. We do not write your message to disk, and your IP address and identity details are not sent to the provider. The provider's own retention and processing terms are governed by its own agreement.
If you use our Roro AISEO service, we store what it needs to work: your name and email address; a one-way hash of your password, or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier (Google is asked only for your name and email address); your company name; your projects (website address, category, market and the competitors you track); the questions measured for you; the answers the AI engines return and the sources they cite; the reports you create and share; and your token orders.
To measure visibility, each question is sent to the AI engines in your package: OpenAI, Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude). Only the question text goes to the engine; your name, email address and IP address are not sent. To analyse an answer, the question, the answer and the names you track are sent to a model from the same providers. If you ask Roro AISEO to suggest questions, your project summary (name, website, category, market and competitors) is sent to one of them. That means a transfer abroad. The providers' own retention and processing terms are governed by their own agreements.
We keep this data for as long as your account exists; there is no automatic deletion. A report share link works until it expires or you revoke it.
You can delete your account yourself under Settings → Password & security → Delete account. If you are the only member of your company, its projects and invitations are deleted and the company name is anonymised. If the company has other members, you first need to transfer ownership. Unused tokens are lost when the account is deleted.
To answer your question, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the project. We use it for nothing else.
By default this site sets no cookies and loads no tracker. If you click Accept in the consent bar, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags are loaded (Google Consent Mode v2) to measure which visits lead to an enquiry; they run only with that consent, and your choice is kept in your browser for six months. Reject keeps the site fully working without any tag. No form entry, name, phone number or email is ever sent to Google.
On our SEO and GEO pages we count visits with a one pixel image from our own server: no cookie, no IP address, only a daily total per page.
Nobody, apart from the service providers named in section 1 that process your entries only to produce answers (OpenAI for the price assistant; OpenAI, Google and Anthropic for Roro AISEO). Your data is not sold and not passed to advertising networks. It is shared only if the law requires it. The site is hosted within the European Union. If you write via WhatsApp, your message passes through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and is subject to their terms as well.
During payment, your IP address is passed only to the payment institution (bank) for 3D Secure security; RoroWeb does not store it for this purpose.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just write to us; we respond within one month, free of charge. Your rights under the GDPR apply.
