Cancellation and refunds

Setup work

• Cancelled before work starts: the start payment is refunded in full.
• Cancelled after work starts, before the mid-way delivery: the start payment covers the work done and is not refunded. The work done so far is handed over to the client.
• Cancelled after the mid-way delivery is approved: payments made are not refunded. If the client wants, the work is handed over as it is.
• After launch: no refund. Errors reported within 30 days of launch are fixed free of charge.

Monthly services (AI assistant, hosting, Ads management)

The client can cancel at any time by email. The service ends at the end of the paid period. There is no partial refund for the remaining days.

Third-party costs

Domain registration and Google Ads spend are paid to third parties and are not refunded. AI model and token usage is paid to the provider on the client's own account and is not refunded by us.

Consumers

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. This right does not apply once a service has started with your express consent before the 14 days end, or to work made to your own specification. We ask for that consent in writing before we start.

How to request a refund

Write to info@roroweb.com. Approved refunds go back to the card used for payment within 14 days. How long your bank takes to show it depends on the bank.
