Short answers first. A website takes three to seven working days once your content has arrived, payment is split forty, forty and twenty, the domain is registered in your name, and the legal pages are part of the handover rather than an extra. Everything below is what we actually do, not a wish list.
About RoroWeb
Is the code of my website mine?
If we built the site from scratch for you and you have paid for all the rights, the source code and files are handed over to you. On sites that run on a usage payment (subscription or rental), the code stays with RoroWeb. For large software projects you choose between all rights and a right of use.
Who owns the rights in a large software project?
If you pay the full price, all rights are yours: the source code, files and program are handed over to you. With a lower budget you take a right of use: the starting price is lower and a monthly commission is paid; the program stays with RoroWeb and is run by RoroWeb, and the app's name and brand are yours. The commission rate is set in the written quote.
In whose name is the domain?
Yours. The domain is registered in the client's name. The first year of hosting is included in the setup fee; after that hosting renews yearly.
Can I move to another provider?
Yes, if we built the site from scratch for you and you have paid for all the rights: the source code and files are handed over and you can move the site to another provider. On sites that run on a usage payment (subscription or rental), the code stays with RoroWeb.
How much is a website in İzmir? (RoroWeb prices)
For businesses based in Turkiye, RoroWeb's lowest option is a one-page website at a launch price of 6,000 TL, VAT included. A 5-page site is 9,000 TL, a 10-page business site 14,000 TL and a 20-page site 21,000 TL, each with the first year of hosting included. Launch prices are about 30% below the list prices that apply from 1 January 2027. Prices in pounds, euros and dollars are on /en/pricing/ (one-page website £300); the scope is agreed in a call and set out in the written quote.
Is there an admin panel?
Yes, for the parts built for it: menu, gallery, price list, rooms and similar content are updated from a panel without a developer. The 10 and 20 page packages include a content panel; a larger admin panel is quoted by scope. You set your own password, and we do not send login details by email.
Do I need maintenance?
Maintenance is a separate monthly service, written down and agreed before it starts. Errors reported within 30 days of launch are fixed free of charge. The first year of hosting is included; hosting and renewal is yearly from the second year.
Prices, timing and payment
How much does a website cost?
A one page website starts from £500 (€500, $625). That is the launch price, valid until 31 December 2026. The full launch price list is on the pricing page, and every job starts with a written quote sent within one working day.
How long does it take to build a website?
3 to 7 working days after your content (texts, photos, price list) reaches us. You get the written scope and price within one working day.
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Setup is a one off £170 and monthly management is £280. Your ad spend is not included; you pay it directly to Google. If 15% of your ad spend is higher than £280, the monthly fee is that amount instead.
Why doesn't ChatGPT recommend my business?
Usually for one of three reasons: the assistant cannot fetch your pages, it can fetch them but finds no answer to the question asked, or the sources it trusts in your sector do not list you. Each needs a different fix, so the first step is measuring which one applies to you. Nobody can guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend a business; we measure, remove the block and show the difference in numbers.
What is GEO?
GEO is the work that makes your business findable when someone asks an AI assistant instead of a search engine. It covers bot access to your pages, question and answer content, structured data, the same name and contact details everywhere, and monthly measurement. Monthly GEO runs for at least 3 months.
What does Roro AISEO measure?
Roro AISEO measures whether your business appears in ChatGPT and Gemini answers to the questions your customers ask. Basic shows the answer a free user sees; Pro adds the paid versions and Claude, side by side. The report shows the moment of measurement and does not guarantee any ranking. Monthly tracking starts from £22, and each Google account can try 3 Basic questions free, once.
Are there any costs after my website goes live?
The first year of hosting is included; from year two, hosting and renewal cost £210 a year. Security monitoring with backups (£20 a month) and SEO + GEO maintenance (£560 a month) are optional.
How are VAT and invoicing handled?
Your written quote states the amount and how it is invoiced. The seller is Bilal Yüksekdağ (sole proprietorship), trading as RoroWeb, İzmir, Türkiye.
How do I pay?
40% at the start, 40% at the interim delivery and 20% at launch. Card payments go through iyzico with 3D Secure, and RoroWeb does not store card details. Bank transfer is also possible.

What does RoroWeb build?
Business websites with the working part connected: bookings, orders, accounts, admin panels, legal pages, an assistant that answers your customers, and ads you can measure. We hand the site over ready to publish.
Do you build restaurant websites with online ordering?
Yes. Table reservations with time slots and capacity limits, a menu in several languages that you update without a developer, and an order form that reaches your phone on WhatsApp.
Do you build clinic websites with online booking?
Yes, with the legal layer for the market you sell into: privacy notice, cookie consent and terms, plus an Impressum for Germany. Two clinic sites we built are live, one selling into the UK and one into Germany.
Do you build hotel websites with direct booking?
Yes. We built, installed and measured a hotel booking system where the amount is always calculated on the server and card details never reach our servers. The case study is on our work page.
Can you build a site in several languages?
Yes. We build sites in up to 21 languages (right-to-left Arabic included).
Do you run Google Ads as well as building the site?
Yes. We set up the campaign, the conversion tracking and the cookie consent, then manage it monthly with a written report.
What do I need to give you?
Your texts, photos, price list and the rules of your business. The three to seven working days start when that content reaches us.
Do I own my website and my domain?
The domain is registered in your name, not ours. For the site itself: if we built the site from scratch for you and you have paid for all the rights, the source code and files are handed over to you. On sites that run on a usage payment (subscription or rental), the code stays with RoroWeb.
Can I edit the site myself?
The parts built for it, yes: menu, gallery, price list, rooms and similar content are updated from a panel without a developer.
How do I get my admin login?
We do not email login details. You set your own password yourself.
Can I see sites you built?
Yes. Client sites: Lumiere Clinic and Suites in the UK, Eftalya Cosmetic selling into Germany, and the Madi Otel booking system. Our own products, such as DexterLearn, Sefer and Triamind Quantum, are listed as ours and not as client work.
Do I need a cookie banner and GDPR on my site?
If you sell into the UK or the EU, yes. The consent bar and the privacy notice are part of the handover, not an extra.
What legal pages does a business website need?
Privacy, cookies and terms. Germany also needs an Impressum: a missing one there is grounds for a formal warning. Italy requires its own privacy and cookie notice.
Can the assistant take orders and bookings?
Yes, and the order or the appointment reaches your phone.
Will the assistant make things up?
It answers only from your own data: your price list, your hours, your rules. Every price it says comes from your table, and that is enforced in the system rather than promised.
What happens when the assistant does not know?
It hands the conversation to you instead of inventing an answer.
Is the assistant a one off purchase?
No. It is a monthly service, because it needs to stay connected to your data and keep working. Any discount is applied to the setup, not to the monthly part.
Does the assistant work on WhatsApp?
On your website first. WhatsApp follows once your business account is approved.
Is Google Ads worth it for a small business?
We do not answer that with a slogan. We set up conversion tracking so you see the cost per enquiry and decide with your own numbers.
How do I know if my ads are working?
A monthly written report with the cost per enquiry, not impressions. You see which click became an enquiry and what it cost.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No, and nobody can. What we promise is to measure your visibility, remove what blocks it, and show the difference in numbers.
How do you measure AI visibility?
We ask the same questions several times and report a ratio rather than a single result, because AI answers change between runs. The report states the method: the date, the bot, the model and the language.
Do you change things on my site during a scan?
No. The scan reads only what is publicly available and changes nothing. Any fix is discussed and agreed with you first.

How do I get my business recommended by ChatGPT?
