A website takes three to seven working days once your content has arrived, payment is split forty, forty and twenty, the domain is registered in your name, and the legal pages are part of the handover rather than an extra. Everything below is what we actually do, not a wish list.

What does RoroWeb build?
Business websites with the working part connected: bookings, orders, accounts, admin panels, legal pages, an assistant that answers your customers, and ads you can measure. We hand the site over ready to publish.
Do you build restaurant websites with online ordering?
Yes. Table reservations with time slots and capacity limits, a menu in several languages that you update without a developer, and an order form that reaches your phone on WhatsApp.
Do you build clinic websites with online booking?
Yes, with the legal layer for the market you sell into: privacy notice, cookie consent and terms, plus an Impressum for Germany. Two clinic sites we built are live, one selling into the UK and one into Germany.
Do you build hotel websites with direct booking?
Yes. We built, installed and measured a hotel booking system where the amount is always calculated on the server and card details never reach our servers. The case study is on our work page.
Can you build a site in several languages?
Yes. One site we built runs in eighteen languages, and one of our own products runs in twenty one.
Do you run Google Ads as well as building the site?
Yes. We set up the campaign, the conversion tracking and the cookie consent, then manage it monthly with a written report.
How much does a website cost?
We do not publish a price list, because the price depends on what the system has to do. You get a written scope with the price inside one working day of talking to us.
Will there be costs after launch?
The first year of hosting is included and the domain is registered in your name. Anything monthly, such as the assistant, ads management or maintenance, is written down and agreed before it starts.
How long does it take to build the site?
Three to seven working days once your content has arrived.
What do I need to give you?
Your texts, photos, price list and the rules of your business. The three to seven working days start when that content reaches us.
How is payment split?
Forty percent at the start, forty percent at the mid build handover, twenty percent when the site goes live.
Do I own my website and my domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, not ours.
Can I edit the site myself?
The parts built for it, yes: menu, gallery, price list, rooms and similar content are updated from a panel without a developer.
How do I get my admin login?
We do not email login details. You set your own password yourself.
Can I see sites you built?
Yes. Client sites: Lumiere Clinic and Suites in the UK, Eftalya Cosmetic selling into Germany, and the Madi Otel booking system. Our own products, such as DexterLearn, Sefer and Triamind Quantum, are listed as ours and not as client work.
Do I need a cookie banner and GDPR on my site?
If you sell into the UK or the EU, yes. The consent bar and the privacy notice are part of the handover, not an extra.
What legal pages does a business website need?
Privacy, cookies and terms. Germany also needs an Impressum: a missing one there is grounds for a formal warning. Italy requires its own privacy and cookie notice.
Can the assistant take orders and bookings?
Yes, and the order or the appointment reaches your phone.
Will the assistant make things up?
It answers only from your own data: your price list, your hours, your rules. Every price it says comes from your table, and that is enforced in the system rather than promised.
What happens when the assistant does not know?
It hands the conversation to you instead of inventing an answer.
Is the assistant a one off purchase?
No. It is a monthly service, because it needs to stay connected to your data and keep working. Any discount is applied to the setup, not to the monthly part.
Does the assistant work on WhatsApp?
On your website first. WhatsApp follows once your business account is approved.
Is Google Ads worth it for a small business?
We do not answer that with a slogan. We set up conversion tracking so you see the cost per enquiry and decide with your own numbers.
How do I know if my ads are working?
A monthly written report with the cost per enquiry, not impressions. You see which click became an enquiry and what it cost.
What is GEO, or AI search optimisation?
Work that makes your business findable when someone asks an AI assistant instead of a search engine: bot access to your pages, question and answer content, structured data, consistent name and contact details, and monthly measurement.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No, and nobody can. What we promise is to measure your visibility, remove what blocks it, and show the difference in numbers.
How do you measure AI visibility?
We ask the same questions several times and report a ratio rather than a single result, because AI answers change between runs. The report states the method: the date, the bot, the model and the language.
Do you change things on my site during a scan?
No. The scan reads only what is publicly available and changes nothing. Any fix is discussed and agreed with you first.
