Client: the person or business that accepts the quote and makes the payment.
These terms cover the services listed in the written quote RoroWeb sends to the client by email: website builds, booking or ordering systems, admin panels, AI assistants, Google Ads setup and management, search and AI visibility work (SEO and GEO), and hosting.
Every job starts with a written quote. It states the scope, price, currency, delivery time and payment plan. The contract is formed when the client approves the quote by email and makes the first payment. Anything not in the quote is out of scope and gets its own quote if requested.
The price is the amount in the quote. Payment is made by credit or debit card through a secure payment link sent to the client. The setup fee is paid in three parts: 40 percent at the start, 40 percent at the mid-way delivery, 20 percent at launch. Monthly services (AI assistant, hosting, Ads management) are paid in advance at the start of each month. Google Ads spend is paid directly to Google and is not part of our fee. AI model and token usage in the assistants runs on the client's own provider account and is paid directly to that provider; it is not part of the monthly assistant fee. A client who takes a website from us has the maintenance assistant included; the monthly assistant fee applies only to clients who take an assistant on its own.
The delivery time starts once the client has sent the texts, logo, images and domain preferences, and is stated in the quote (usually 3 to 7 working days). We are not responsible for delays caused by late content. At the mid-way delivery the client sees the site and sends corrections in writing.
The client confirms that they have the right to use the texts, images and logos they send. The client is responsible for the accuracy of content published on their site, such as prices, services and health information.
The domain is registered in the client's name. We do not send login details by email. The client sets their own password through a one-time setup link.
The first year of hosting is included in the setup fee. After that hosting renews yearly. Monthly services run until the client cancels.
Errors reported within 30 days of launch are fixed free of charge. We do not promise a position in search results or a recommendation from an AI assistant. We are not responsible for outages of third parties (Google, payment providers, hosting providers). In every case our liability is limited to the amount paid for that job.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İzmir have jurisdiction. If the client is a consumer, the mandatory consumer rules of the country they live in still apply.
