Rules a UK website has to meet
- UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018: a privacy notice that says who you are, what you collect, why, and how people use their rights.
- ICO data protection fee: organisations that use personal information pay it unless they are exempt (Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018). Checking and paying stays with you.
- PECR regulation 6: cookies and similar technologies need consent, apart from strictly necessary ones. Since 5 February 2026 the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 also allows some statistics cookies without consent, under strict conditions and with a simple way to object.
- PECR marketing rules: marketing emails and texts to individuals need consent, or the soft opt-in for existing customers.
- Business details on the site: name, geographic address and email address (Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002).
- We build these pages and settings as part of the site. The final legal review stays with you or your adviser.

- Do you have an office in the UK?
- No. Our office is in Izmir, Turkiye. We work with UK businesses remotely, by video call, WhatsApp and email.
- What does a website cost?
- We do not publish a price list. Once the scope is agreed in writing you get a written quote; you can start on the quote page.
- Do you prepare the privacy notice and cookie banner?
- Yes, as part of the site. The final legal review stays with you or your adviser, and the ICO fee, where it applies, is paid by your business.
- What is the time difference?
- Turkey is on UTC+3 all year: 2 hours ahead of the UK in summer and 3 hours ahead in winter.
- Will AI tools recommend my business?
- Nobody can promise that. We measure your visibility, remove what is blocking it and show the difference in numbers.
