Clinic and aesthetics websites

A clinic website has two jobs: fill the appointment book and stay on the right side of the law in the market you sell into. We build the booking slots and the treatment pages, then add the legal layer for that market: privacy notice, cookie consent and terms, and an Impressum for Germany. Two clinic sites we built are live, one selling into the UK and one into Germany.

What it does

The working part, not the brochure

Every item below is already running on a site we built.

  • Appointment booking with time slots: the patient picks the slot, you see the list
  • Treatment pages and an enquiry path in three languages
  • GDPR and DSGVO cookie consent, privacy notice and terms at handover
  • Impressum for the German market, where a missing one is grounds for a formal warning
  • Google Ads with conversion tracking, running today on a clinic site selling into Germany
  • Assistant that answers from your own price list and takes the appointment

Questions from this sector

Can patients book online?

Yes, with time slots. The patient picks a slot and you see the list without a phone call.

Is the site GDPR ready?

The consent bar, privacy notice and terms are part of the handover. For Germany the Impressum is included as well.

Can you run the site in three languages?

Yes. Treatment pages and the enquiry path in three languages is what we already run for a clinic selling into Germany.

Do you handle advertising for clinics?

Yes. Setup, conversion tracking and cookie consent, then monthly management with a written report.

Are there rules about before and after pictures?

In Germany some treatments may not be advertised with before and after images. We build the gallery to match the market you sell into rather than copying a template.
